WHAT TO SEND:  Send three clear, detailed photographs; please indicate your favorite pose, as well as the photo with the best, truest color.  Describe any details, personality, characteristics, or other information you think I might need.

CONTENT & COMPOSITION:  I can do single bust portraits, combinations of busts (2 or more subjects), full body or action shots.  The starting price indicated here is for single-bust only.  Please ask me about other poses, combinations, etc.

PAPER:  Your portrait will be executed on high-quality Strathmore 100% rag acid-free drawing paper, measuring 18"x24".  I do all sizes of subjects (animals and people) on this same paper; the image size will be approximately the size of the subject, or "life size" — except in the case of very large animals, then the image size is scaled down to fit better on the paper.

SHIPPING:  Finished pencil portraits are rolled into tubes for mailing, and shipped within two weeks of payment of the order.

PAPER:  Your portrait will be executed on high-quality stretched cotton canvas.  The minimum size for oil portraits is 14"x18"; larger sizes can be ordered, but only after a consultation with Maren.

SHIPPING:  Finished oil portraits are boxed/crated, and shipped via UPS Ground within two weeks of payment of the order.  Please note: Due to drying time of oil paint, most oil paintings can take several months to complete and will be shipped only when paint is totally dry.
